This class is specifically developed to help families navigate the obstacles that come with transitioning sleep patterns. If you are ready for a toddler bed, to stop co-sleeping or change a sleep pattern that you have had the first 2 years of your littles life this is for you! We will discuss the ways to achieve a successful transition for your little one and your household, so that everyone can get a good night sleep.
