Excluded Dates

Beehive Aftercare prices and schedule only charges for and operates on full, regular school days. We will hold half day and vacation day camps on most days off of school at an additional cost.

Pricing & Schedule

Choose the schedule that works for you. Book between 1 and 5 days a week for the semester.

Fall: Sept. 2 – Dec. 23

Fall Mondays (14 days) • $630

Fall Tuesdays (13 days) • $585

Fall Wednesdays (15 days) • $675

Fall Thursdays (14 days) • $630

Fall Fridays (12 days) • $540

50% non-refundable deposit required upon booking. September 1st and October 1st first payments unless other arrangements are made.

Winter & Spring: Jan. 5 – June 12

Winter & Spring Mondays (18 days) • $810

Winter & Spring Tuesdays (19 days) • $855

Winter & Spring Wednesdays (21 days) • $945

Winter & Spring Thursdays (19 days) • $855

Winter & Spring Fridays (13 days) • $585

50% deposit required upon booking. Second and third payments due on February 1 and April 1 for Winter & Spring session. Other payment arrangements can be made as needed.

Half & Full Days Off

Beehive will offer pick up on early dismissal days. You must sign up for each half day that you want pick-up and aftercare. 10% discount if you book all in advance (no retroactive discounts)

Vacation camps are available for most full days off and school breaks.
