Temporary changes in Policies
These policies will be in effect until further notice. Beehive will determine, based on our community, when they are no longer necessary.
Update: Beehive has been following the news and looking at what our fellow small businesses are doing to help curb the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our community safe and healthy. We have decided on the following cancellations, closures and hours:⠀⠀

🦋 Beehive will be closed for open play Saturday and Sunday March 14th, 15th, 21st and 22nd. All events and classes have been cancelled for the next 2 weeks. Party decisions will be handled privately with individual families. ⠀⠀

🐝 With the school closures, many families have reached out about our weekday hours. Monday- Friday, March 16th-March 20 and March 23- March 27, Beehive has decided to open our space to 1-2 families at a time, in 1.5 hour increments. You must book in advance by DMing or emailing us at least 1 day in advance. The space will be cleaned in between each visit. In order to pay our wonderful Tina and keep our doors open, visits will be $35 per family or $30 for members. 🌟 Also, thank Tina for being such a committed member of our community (who we desperately want to keep on paying during this time)🌟 If Bok or the City of Philadelphia requires that we close our doors, we will notify families and issue a refund.

Birthday Parties
Beginning on March 18th:
If a family needs to cancel a shared or private party due to illness, Beehive will work with the family to find another date for the party. If no other party time can be found that is suitable for the family and Beehive, the party will be cancelled without a refund of the deposit or the family can choose to roll the deposit into an annual membership at a 15% discount (with additional payments to make up the cost)
If Beehive is closed, we will work with the family to find another date that is suitable to both parties. If no date can be agreed upon, Beehive will issue a refund of the deposit or roll the deposit into an annual membership at a 10% discount (with additional payments to make up the cost)
Birthday parties in April and May may be booked without a deposit. A deposit will be due 2 weeks before the date of the party, with the remainder due the date of the party.
